These terms explain how our meal service works. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
Eye See U Enterprise, LLC is a South Carolina based meal service. We prepare and deliver home style meals or offer pickup.
Who Can Order
You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be placed online or in person.
- All orders must be paid before delivery or pickup.
We accept: - Credit or debit cards
- Cash paid before the order is prepared
Weekly Menus
- Our menu changes each week.
- Some items or sides may change based on availability.
- We always do our best to provide a similar meal if a change is needed.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days before delivery or pick-up.
- The cut off to place your order(s) will be Sunday for the following week’s delivery. To change or cancel your order, please contact us by 12 noon Monday.
- Refunds are given if:
- You cancel at least 14 days ahead
- Your order is incorrect
- We approve it case by case
- Late cancellations may not be refunded.
Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery fees depend on distance and order size.
- You choose whether:
- Meals are left at your door, or
- Meals are not left if you are not home
- Once food is delivered the way you requested, we are not responsible for it.
- Pickup orders must be picked up during the scheduled time.
Food Safety and Allergies
- Meals may contain common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, or nuts.
- We are not a medical or dietary service.
- You are responsible for making sure meals fit your dietary needs.
Our Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
- Food after delivery or pickup
- Allergic reactions
- Delays caused by weather or traffic
